Biography

Robert Fox is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients in both civil trial and appellate matters throughout Florida in both state and federal courts. Over the past 26 years as an attorney in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia, Mr. Fox has enjoyed representing individuals and local businesses. Mr. Fox’s areas of practice include real estate litigation, bankruptcy, business and commercial litigation, and personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Fox was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting Mr. Fox continued his education at the University of Florida, College of Law where he graduated in 1996. Mr. Fox’s law practice is statewide; including handling cases in Jacksonville. Orlando, Naples and Miami.

Mr. Fox is an active member of The Florida Bar, a Real Estate Broker, and a former Certified Public Accountant.
